The four week plan

  1. Week 1: print a daily check sheet for every vehicle and show each driver how to use it.
  2. Week 2: start a fuel log for each vehicle, and write down each vehicle's next service.
  3. Week 3: enter every vehicle and driver in the renewals tracker, and fill in the running cost calculator.
  4. Week 4: put a breakdown emergency card and an incident report form in every vehicle.

Why start with the basics

Most fleet problems start small: a missed check, an unnoticed renewal, a fuel fill nobody recorded. Simple habits, repeated every week, catch them early. These tools give you those habits without any cost or setup.

Need more than this?

The kit covers the basics, and it depends on people filling it in. When you want more, we can help with:

  • ✓ Digital inspections, alerts and records for every vehicle in Fleet Command Hub
  • ✓ Preventive maintenance plans and on-site servicing
  • ✓ Vehicle tracking, fuel monitoring and roadside assistance
