How to use it

1. Print the checklist, one copy for the decision.
2. Write the names of up to three providers in the headings.
3. Ask each provider the questions, and score each answer 0 (no), 1 (partly) or 2 (yes, and they showed you).
4. Add up the scores, and look hard at any must have item that scored 0.
5. Use the demo questions and warning signs on page two before you decide.

Why it matters

Fleet software sales pages sound alike, and the best salesperson can win a decision the best product should have won. Asking everyone the same questions, and scoring the answers, keeps the decision fair and focused on what your fleet needs.
